Kerry thrives on helping organizations invest in their people and support leaders at every stage of their journey. Through conversation, discovery, and practical insight, she works closely with clients to understand their goals, explore possibilities, and create opportunities for leaders to grow and succeed. Having spent her career in fast-paced and evolving environments, she understands the importance of aligning leadership development with organizational priorities, performance, and long-term business success.
Known for her curiosity, empathy, and ability to build meaningful relationships, the value she brings to clients is shaped by the experience, perspectives, and lessons she has gained throughout her career with organizations including Rogers Communications, The Conference Board of Canada, CoachHub, and Dayforce.
Kerry is accredited as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, a Bachelor of Office Management with a major in Psychology from the University of New Brunswick, and certifications in Resilience Coaching and Trauma-Informed Coaching. She also provides pro bono coaching through Up With Women, supporting women as they navigate career transitions and build sustainable futures.
Born and raised in Newfoundland, Kerry developed a deep appreciation for community, connection, kindness, and the simple joy of spending time with people. Growing up in a culture known for its hospitality, storytelling, and kitchen parties, she learned early that some of life’s best moments happen when people come together, share experiences, and make one another feel welcome. Those values continue to shape both her personal life and her approach to leadership.
Outside of work, she enjoys biking, hiking, photography, and spending time with family. She loves discovering new places, chasing beautiful scenery with a camera in hand, and hearing the stories that have shaped the people around her. She is a proud mother of two adult daughters and grandmother to two wonderful grandsons, who remind her daily to stop and smell the roses, embrace curiosity, and answer every “why?” as though it were being asked for the very first time.
