Pourquoi Pas Coaching International is committed to meeting the communication needs of people with disabilities. We will consult with these individuals to determine each of their unique information and communication needs. Additionally, we will communicate with persons with disabilities in ways that take their disability into account and will ensure that personnel are trained on how to interact and communicate appropriately.

Pourquoi Pas Coaching International is committed to providing fully accessible telephone or video conferencing services to persons with disabilities. Pourquoi Pas Coaching International will ensure that personnel are trained to communicate over the telephone in clear, plain language and to speak clearly and slowly. Pourquoi Pas Coaching International will offer to communicate with persons with disabilities by written means if telephone or video conferencing conversations are not suitable for their needs or is not available.
