Our human-centric approach to leadership development transcends geography, company profile and individual status.

This virtual program has been designed for busy executives who are looking to discover their potential as workplace leaders, to uncover their biases, to unlearn habitual behaviours, and to generate greater self-awareness and purpose within their teams and organisations.

This program recognizes that, for the first time in history, there are 5 generations in the workplace. This program celebrates the neurodiversity of individuals and cross-cultural relations. It draws awareness to the inclusive nature of humanity and the need to further support and develop leaders from a human-centric perspective.

Participants consider a broad range of leadership styles and how to apply these at any given moment. We encourage participants to be open to new ways of thinking and of being, and to consider the greater, more positive impact they can have on the people in their span of care – be it at home, at work and in life more generally.

Program includes

  • 3 facilitated, half-day workshops and training with Forbes’ leadership coaches
  • Individual coaching sessions with ICF certified coaches
  • Self-facilitated small group discussions and peer-coaching
  • Diverse learning materials such as associated reading list and learning journal

Cancellation / refund policy

A participant who cancels before the receipt of course materials will be entitled to a refund minus an administration fee of $110.00 + applicable taxes. To receive the refund, a written notice of cancellation must be submitted at info@ppci.ca 

No refunds will be granted for cancellations received within 21 days of the start date of the program.

Transfer of Registration: A participant and/or organisation can transfer the registration free of charge if the registered participant is unable to attend. Please request a transfer at info@ppci.ca
